With one exception I like it very much and will buy it. The exception is the documentation. It is awful, however, I have been able to figure out enough so that I can see that this software will be useful in helping me to manage reservations for a 10 cottage property in Maine. Only 8 of these cottages are weekly rentals, and only for a 2 1/2 month period. Other than the "Help" manual, is there a manual, preferably written in American English by a native speaker, who is not the programmer, and who is a Tech Writer? If not, you should hire one. I would even be willing to pay for it..., the manual, not the Tech Writer. Part of my problem is I have no prior experience in rental property management, so I have nothing to go on when trying to figure out how to use the software. Also, my favorite feature is the price. For forty bucks I'll struggle.
Don't waste your time. After initial set-up, this software requires a key which they don't give you and you will be locked out of the program. Either it's freeware or it's not- you can't have it both ways. I wish people would quit lying about the software they put up on these sites.
